I took my twin grandchildren in 2 years ago to live with me. Both boys have SEND, one more than the other, and neither has been in school for 5 years. We knew we had a challenge ahead of us. They helped us enormously during the first year they were with us, as we could not get them into a school at that time and started by trying to home-school them. We had no idea where to start. Dee stepped in and took them under her wing, spending a few hours at the weekend covering basic lessons needed. Maths, English & Science. They had set homework during the week at home and she would go through how to achieve this. It took 9 months to attain a school placement for them and in that time the boys achieved so much with Dee, preparing them for school and their confidence. She did an excellent job and the boys always enjoyed working with her. I would always recommend Dee, she gave our boys a brilliant start in preparing them for school after such a long time.

Dee has been wonderful with my son, who has additional needs. She has made him feel safe and helped him so much at school when he was struggling with mainstream. He went from 17% attendance to over 60%, a huge achievement and relief! She is a caring, understanding and compassionate woman who only has the children's best interests at heart. I would highly recommend her.

I was a desperate parent who did not know which way to turn until I was recommended this tuition centre by another parent. I truly did not believe that they could help me. If I couldn't help my child, how could someone who didn't know them help them succeed? How wrong I was! My child went from an anxious, paranoid young person refusing school to a calm, confident person, enjoying their education. The staff here are amazing, they truly understand the needs of these children and how to work with them. Not to mention the help I received in relation to the minefield of EHCP and the laws! I would highly recommend this company without hesitation. All the help under one roof, from advice to parents who have no clue what to do in a situation that is so stressful, to understanding the needs of the child, to therapy sessions and working with schools and councils. This place really is the little box of treasures!

Dee and her team are every ounce the consummate professional in everything she does. She is knowledgeable, approachable and very down to earth. She educated our daughter, who has additional needs, at a critical time in her secondary education and helped to build her confidence and competence in her educational ability where she had been failing in mainstream school. From our own personal experience, we have seen that Dee has the ability and skill to draw an otherwise reclusive and introverted child out of themselves, and enable them to achieve things they truly did not think they were capable of.

I booked my child in with this provision last year. I am extremely delighted with the outcome. I am a single mum, who has a neurodiverse child with complicated special needs. They have struggled to attend mainstream school for over 2 years. I was recommended the training centre by another mum. I cannot explain just how caring & compassionate these staff members are. I found the whole process from the start so reassuring and would recommend them in the future. The staff here are so welcoming, from the very beginning the worry was take out of my hands. They are extremely professional. The booking was easy and my child has now gone from being a person who would not look at anyone, let alone engage with them to a child who now has the confidence with others and this year has started back at mainstream school. The centre have gave me my child back. I cannot thank them enough.

This service was exceptional! They were courteous, professional, and ensured that every detail was taken care of. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. My child has gone from refusing school, to completing his mock exams in mainstream. The staff were amazing with his outbursts and aggression. The quiet space was so important for him and the therapy sessions very productive. The results were outstanding. Thank you for all your help.

I've never experienced such high-quality service before. They were professional, efficient, and exceeded all my expectations. I now have a educated teenager who no longer grunts and actually has a conversation with me and actually sleeps. To have these services are essential for any parent struggling with their children that have any form of needs or anger issues.

My child was bullied at school and eventually struggled to the point that it left her with a real fear of going to school, even after changing schools. The fear ran deep. We were recommended this centre by a friend. We don't live locally and was apprehensive that we could obtain this help so far away. Everything was so easy and straightforward. The County Council agreed for us to have some taster sessions and we have not looked back since. She has her lessons online. Her tutor is at the end of the phone when needed - day or night if she is struggling, the same for me. Having this service has helped not only my daughter but me as a parent who was terrified of the low moods and dark thoughts she had. These are slowly disappearing and are becoming less frequent.

This is a service that is greatly needed in this world. The most beneficial thing for us is that we live a long way away from Cambridgeshire and have managed to secure the help and guidance from this distance. This is with real people, with real faces and a commitment to help all those in need.

Our daughter currently attends this centre and had an extremely difficult start to the school year. Since September our child has gone from avoiding school to being the first online for their lessons. The level of care and attention to our daughter has been exceptional and the dedication of these tutors are phenomenal. They deserve a medal!

We have made progress and we understand this is something that cannot be done overnight. As parents in this situation, you believe you are the only ones and it is one long and lonely journey, not knowing what to do for the best. Just to have someone on the end of the phone to talk things through, or to reassure you that you are doing everything you need to. For me and my family it is not just about our daughter and her education. It is also about working together and having that reassurance that you are a great parent. No parent wants to see their child in pain or struggling with the challenges of this world. To have a centre like this that offers so much for families is essential in todays climate with anxiety and mental health levels they way they are. We are so grateful for this service and the staff who have literally held my wife and I together and made our daughter smile again, we cannot thank them enough.
